Shipping policy

Synergy Hair makes every effort to ship product within 5-10 business days of purchase. As of April 1, 2009, shipping will be calculated based on the number items purchasing. These rates are for within the United States only.

1 - 6 items -- $6.00
7 - 16 items -- $12.00

Your order may be delivered in more than one box.

Additional shipping and handling charges will be added for orders outside the US. Canadian orders incur a $10.00 surcharge. The shipping charges will be dependent on the destination of the order. Please contact Synergy to place orders for outside of the US. We will quote you a shipping cost prior to ordering.

Customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges if an incorrect delivery address is entered. Synergy Hair is not responsible for incorrect delivery information entered by customers and may assess additional shipping charges to redirect product.
